Inspiring, educating and connecting female candidates for Football Operations positions in professional and collegiate football programs.
The seventh annual NFL Women's Careers in Football Forum will take place from February 28 to March 1 as part of the league's ongoing commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
The Forum educates and connects female candidates currently working in college football roles. Participants interact with Owners, General Managers, Head Coaches and club executives in the NFL and in college football programs.
“We are actively expanding opportunities for women by identifying and developing qualified individuals as part of the NFL’s inclusion efforts.”
Troy Vincent, Sr., Executive Vice President of Football Operations
To help attendees grow their network and learn industry insights, the Forum includes two days of panel discussions, presentations and breakout sessions. Participants get an exclusive look into coaching, strength and conditioning, player personnel, team operations, football administration, research and strategy, video and equipment.
“Women are vastly underrepresented in operations positions in sports. NFL clubs understand the value of considering the entire talent pool during the hiring process. This program provides the opportunity for teams to meet with driven and experienced women, with a focus on women of color, who have a strong desire to work in football and we’re proud of the progress we’ve seen in four years.”
Sam Rapoport, NFL Senior Director of Diversity and Inclusion
