103 Players Granted Special Eligibility for 2019 NFL Draft
The NFL announced the 103 players who have been granted special eligibility for the 2019 NFL Draft. An additional 32 players have fulfilled their degree requirements before using all of their college eligibility and are eligible for the April 25-27 draft in Nashville, Tennessee.

The following 32 players have officially notified the league office in a timely fashion that they have fulfilled their degree requirements and are eligible for selection in the 2019 NFL Draft.
